Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Janet Green.  We hope you love your items, but if it wasn't just perfect, we will gladly issue a store credit for the value of the merchandise or exchange it within 15 days of order arrival.  We do not offer refunds after this time.  

Items must be returned in original condition including packaging and with tags attached.  Items must not be worn and returned in NEW condition, unwashed, smoke, deodorant and perfume free.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of these conditions are not met.  All sales final on sale items and jewelry.  If you receive a damaged item or items, please report the issue to us immediately upon delivery of your order.

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs will not be refunded with exchanges or online store credit.
